• Completed Vehicle Inventory Protection Application
  and/or
• Completed Hail Exchange Application
• Three years of currently valued, hard copy, carrier loss runs (a loss summary and/or list of loss codes is most helpful)
• Complete inventory listing for all non-franchised dealers (copy of a recent monthly balance sheet is acceptable from franchised dealers).

The typical turnaround time to quote fully complete submissions is 3-5 days, but in extreme situations we can respond with a quote the same day if necessary.

Coverage may not be bound until:

• Our standard Producer Agreement has been executed and we have been furnished with copies of producer insurance licenses and evidence of errors & omission coverage for a limit not less than $1 million.
  
  
• We have received a completed Surplus Lines Affidavit signed by the producer acknowledging their responsibility to comply with all state surplus line filing requirements. (applicable to non-admitted placements only).
